Apartment with kitchen use
Comfortable three-room apartment served by air conditioning in all rooms, the Maria Suite is located on the second floor of the building with independent entrance and access from an external staircase.
The living room-kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, fridge and freezer. A second outdoor dining table allows you to have lunch comfortably on the terrace.
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds, accommodate four people and are both equipped with a large wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a bidet, toilet, sink and shower served by an electric water heater.
Free parking in front of the apartment.
At your arrival
Upon your arrival you will find a bathroom set for each guest, with soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper.
Conditions
- Check-in from 1pm to 8pm (other times must be agreed).
- Check-out by 10.30 am.
- The cost of final cleaning and linen is additional to the cost of the apartment.
- Additional cleaning and linen changes are upon request and incur an additional cost.
- The cost of electricity is calculated separately.
- Animals are not accepted.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the structure.
